Discipleship. Many of us would say it’s the goal of our youth ministry. We invest countless hours into developing it in the lives of our students and their families. It’s what some of us are hired to do: disciple kids.

But if we’re honest, there’s an elusive part about discipleship that sometimes leaves us wondering, “Is this really sinking in? Is there something missing here?”

One of the things I love about Greg Stier is his ability to identify some of those missing puzzle pieces and help youth workers fill the gaps in their approach to discipleship. And thankfully, he trains us however he can, including books, conference workshops, and even free webinars.

Their next free webinar is coming up on Tuesday, August 7th. The webinar will revolve around the missing link a lot of youth ministries have in their discipleship process.
