Dennis Beckner joined us last Monday to talk about keys for a successful start in youth ministry as a volunteer. Dennis has been a volunteer youth leader in the sr. high ministry at Saddleback Church for the past 10 years.

Some of the things we talked about:

• Maintaining respect as both a friend and a leader with the teens
