Today we talked about, “Having and raising children in full time youth ministry,” led by our featured guest, Josh Christian. We have a great time sharing stories and laughing a lot, but we also talked about some tricky situations that can come up by being a youth pastor or full time youth director and having children, both little ones and teenagers, who are involved at the church.

• Taking your kids on youth trips and to youth events
• Taking your kids to the office with you to work
• Having your own teenagers in youth group
