Required Reading

Everyone in the program will read these two books. Reading assignments are made by the mentor after your needs and personal goals for the mentorship are established. For those who are accepted into the mentorship program, these books are provided to if you do not already have them.

Everyone will also receive a complementary autographed copy of my book, “Life In Student Ministry: Practical Conversations on Thriving in Youth Ministry.”

Expectations

There are a few expectations mentees must agree to.

• To read the books listed above and any other materials recommended by the mentor.
• It is the mentee’s responsibility to initiate phone contact with the mentor each week at their designated meeting time.
• Each week the mentee and mentor will discuss questions and subject matters pre-determined by the mentee during the application process.
