We had the tremendous privilege of talking with Mark Riddle of The Riddle Group again today about leadership. It’s great that the church has great leaders like Andy Stanley, Bill Hybels and Craig Groeschel, but too often church leaders spend too much time trying to imitate someone else rather than being the leader God’s created them to be.
