On my YouTube vlog channel a couple weeks ago I asked my subscribers, “What is the hardest thing about being a teenager?” Since 23% of my viewership are 13-17 year olds, presenting me with a new twist on youth ministry, I was intrigued by the range of answers I received from teenagers. Most of them I couldn’t publish because they were sent to me privately on YouTube and were very personal. (I even had to call social services because of one of them, which is never fun.) But some of them I could publish and I tried to give the teens some advice about peer pressure, knowing that most of the viewers are presumably not Christians.
Here’s my video in response to what teens told me was the hardest part about being a teenager.
