One of the questions asked in last Monday’s LIVE YM Talk show was about how we can best do camp follow-up this summer. EJ Swanson, who works at Lake Anne Camp, shared with us their process for follow-up, which includes the camp counselor filling out a form with the camper with the intention of passing it along to the camper’s youth pastor. EJ sent me a copy of their camp follow-up form for all of you to use freely with your own ministries. It’s officially called their “2010 Spiritual Growth Record.”
