Our Weekly Freebie Friday: #241

Brent Lacy is a youth pastor in Rockville, IN, and graciously contributes this week’s free youth ministry resource, which is a zip file of two PDFs he used to evaluate his youth ministry last fall: one evaluation for the parents and one for the students.

Although most ministry only evaluate themselves in the spring before summer starts, as I talked about last week, it’s a good idea to run the same survey in the fall as you do in the spring so you have a better gauge to evaluate how teens grew and were influenced throughout the school year.

The evaluations were originally sent out to students and parents as a Google Doc form for everyone to complete, but he’s printed them as PDFs for you here so you can look through some of his questions and build from them for your own ministry.
